Customer resources
This page contains many resources you may find useful as an existing customer, including video tutorials, tips and tricks and more.
How to give other people access to your projects and processes
By default, when creating a new project, only the creator will have access. This video shows how to add new users and groups to your project.
Globalizing References when using local and global tables
When creating process maps in the Modeler module, additional data can be added in tables to add extra depth to your process maps.
This can be done either centrally or locally. This video shows how to add table entries created locally in a project to a centralised table using the Globalise References feature.
Adding a Results Multiplier to your process simulations
This quick video shows how to use the Results Multiplier in your process analysis to quickly show how the individual process savings scale up to a day, month or year of savings.
All of this data can be exported to excel for use in internal documentation.
Sharing processes and getting feedback
Once processes have been created live in a workshop, the processes can be shared with the wider team to gain feedback. This video covers how to share a process, create a ‘viewer link’ to send people straight to the map, view the shared map and finally leaving feedback on the process map.
Using these features can help to ensure that the whole team gets to see and be a part of the redesign process.
Publishing process maps and creating a process handbook
Once your processes are complete you may want to publish them so that they can be viewed and used by members of the team.
This is best done by using the Overview feature, where images and shapes can be used as links to other maps acting as a menu for users to navigate between the process maps published for their service area.
This video covers submitting process maps for publishing, approving or denying a request, publishing authorisation and creating and viewing an overview as a process handbook.
An overview of the Teamboard module
Teamboard is included as a part of the Engage Process Suite and enables Kam-Ban style project management.
This can be used alongside the Modeler module with the ability to link processes to a teamboard or can be used independently for external projects.
Using the Dashboard module
Dashboard is included in all Enterprise licences, allowing for in-depth data analysis of the key data stored in your environment. This includes user sessions, publications, projects and teamboards.
