ENGAGE PROCESS
allows you to map your organisation from start to finish through smart flowcharting. Create sections for each department and create an interactive process flowchart, mapping your expenditures on each department, adding information on time and cost for each step of the journey. Once you’ve finished the mapping process, you’ll have statistics and analyses for your entire organisation at your fingertips, allowing you to view, critique and analyse how you go about your day-to-day business.

BRAINSTORM
With our ENGAGE PROCESS suite, you get access to Brainstorm, our mobile app designed specifically to make collaboration and communication within your organisation easy and accessible. This ‘quick-fire’ method allows you to add queries, comments and new ideas wherever you are and store them within the software directly from your phone (available on Apple, Android or Windows-based app stores).

Feedback
Another complimentary tool within the suite to improve engagement and make the process improvement process more efficient.
Use the feedback module to allow the process to be published and stakeholders to comment direct on the maps or process steps. Use this feature to stay on top of stakeholder feedback in an agile way and publish maps and corrections prior to the follow up ‘To Be’ workshops.
As the process publisher you receive automatic emails when users comment. Clients are using this tool keep processes under a continuous review and improvement cycle.
Teamboard
The Teamboard is a platform for continuous improvement sessions and day start sessions. Everyone gets up-to-speed quickly.
A new module currently in beta release offering agile Kanban board style functionality. The module enables you to attach activity to particular process maps. This is a really helpful addition to the suite to aid management of agile process improvements using the ENGAGE PROCESS™ process modeler.
Publisher
Create and manage all your publications in the Viewer to speed up the process of process management.

Running Remote Process Workshops
Running remote process workshops is easy with Engage Process software. In the current times the need to rapidly and continuously iterate our processes is great. Currently this requires almost all of these to be run remotely. In order to do this, we need to deliver all of the capabilities we used to in face to face workshops, to deliver the benefits and improvements we require. Post It’s and paper no longer work in a remote setting. There are digital versions of sticky note sessions but they do not handle processes effectively.
Moving forward I am confident that between us we have produced enough valuable material to ensure the contact centre is a success on day one. It’s clear what processes the centre will now do and how they will do them. This was my main aim for our work, what does day one look like and how will we do it.
However, the by-product is perhaps ‘value’.
The workshops, the conversations, the maps showcase valued added activity, as such I can now see with some certainty where the company is leaking cash and waste. This is significant step and enlightenment for company in adolescence. Learning here and now, adapting our processes with one eye on the horizon, allows the company to plough forwards with confidence, particularly with new developments such as a contact centre.
We will continue to use Engage Process Modeler for all further service redesign reviews we complete as part of the Transformation Programme, producing AS and TO BE process maps and providing useful analysis of the processes to generate efficiency savings and improvements for customers. These projects will include Planning and Building Control and Parks and Countryside. We also plan to embed the product as part of our business as usual routines and continuous improvement across the organisation.
